Ownership of content
All materials published on Super Fitout - including but not limited to website code, design structure, graphics, layout, user interface, compilations, written content, database design, and underlying software - are the intellectual property of Super Fitout or its licensors. These works are protected under the Copyright Act, international conventions, and applicable intellectual property laws. Except where otherwise stated, the copyright and all related rights remain exclusively vested in Super Fitout. User-generated content (UGC)
The Super Fitout Platform allows registered designers to upload their creative works - including images, project portfolios, short videos, drawings, and written project descriptions - for promotional and bidding purposes. The intellectual property rights in such user-generated content ("UGC") remain with the original creator or rightful owner.
By submitting, uploading, or posting UGC on Super Fitout, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, display, reproduce, and communicate your content within the Platform and affiliated promotional channels (e.g., our official social media pages or newsletters). This licence exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Super Fitout Platform and does not transfer ownership.
You warrant that:
- You own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any UGC you upload.
- Your content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
- You are responsible for any claim or dispute arising from your content submission.
Copyright infringement and reporting procedure
Super Fitout respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. We act promptly upon receiving valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe that material appearing on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Officer containing the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Counter-notification procedure
If your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe that removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Site.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts for dispute resolution.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After verifying the counter-notification, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant initiates a legal action to restrain such restoration.
Repeat infringement policy
We maintain a strict "zero-tolerance" stance toward repeat copyright violations. Any user found repeatedly posting infringing materials may have their account suspended, restricted, or permanently terminated without notice. Super Fitout reserves the right to remove any content that we, in good faith, believe may violate the intellectual property rights of others.

"Super Fitout", the associated logo, and all related names, designs, and slogans are registered trademarks owned by Super Fitout. Any unauthorised use of our marks, or use in connection with products or services not provided by us, constitutes trademark infringement and is strictly prohibited.
Liability disclaimer
While we strive to protect creative works hosted on our Site, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never copy or misuse content. Super Fitout disclaims any liability for unauthorised uses of materials uploaded by users. Users are encouraged to watermark or otherwise secure their designs if they wish to add an extra layer of protection.
Amendments
We may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry practices, or platform functionality.
